Bianco system is a small company established in 1998 witth the aim to offer its experience to propose a range of very innovative activities in the ice cream production field.
Our mission is that of setting up premises characterized by an exclusive style and a highly simplified management of the production process, based on the gelato recipes making procedures and the simplicity of production process, usisg the best semifinished italian products and exclusive recipes to ensure the best italian ice cream you can find. The initial amount starts from 50.000 euro. In 2005 bianco gelaterie was rated among the 200 best gelaterie of italy from the gambero rosso guide, an italian reference in the ice cream field.
